What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management threatens you safety, favoritism, nepotism, bullying and workolace harrassment
Pay rate is awful. You can't afford any thing no rent no car note nothing
Get a new supervisor the end

Management needs to be more involved in what the employeestatus want and give a listening ear to them
Base goals and standards around customer satisfaction and value/utility of products rather than bottom line. End means-to-an-end mentality.
