BE HELD TO THE STRUCTURE AND PROFESSIONALISM THAT IS EXPECTED BUT HOW CAN WE WHEN YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM IS NOT HELD TO HIGH STANDARDS. THEY SHOULD BE THE ONES THAT SET THE STANDARD IT IS RAN LIKE A GROUP OF HIGH SCHOOLERS. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE AMWAY.
No meetings just orientation all
They have hired an entire family.
We barely have company meetings
Good working along side my coworkers
