Hiring good workers just not people they can control and know. Stop hiring women because of how they look and because the management wants to sleep with them

Leadership fairness Team work . You can not go to the leadership with anything because it will not be taken care of.... however the leadership will go to the people that you are having issues with and tell them everything they was said

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
COMPENSATION WOULD MAKE YOUR STANARDS MEET AT A HIGHER DEGREE AND REVAMPING YOUR MANAGEMENT STAFF FOR YOUR ORLANDO OFFICE. EVERYONE AVOIDS THE CONCERNS OF TEAM MEMBERS UNLESS YOUR IN THEIR CLICK. THAT IS VERY SAD FOR THE FOUNDERS OF A COMPANY AND RISKS THE POSSIBILTY OF LOOSING CONTRACTS.

BE HELD TO THE STRUCTURE AND PROFESSIONALISM THAT IS EXPECTED BUT HOW CAN WE WHEN YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM IS NOT HELD TO HIGH STANDARDS. THEY SHOULD BE THE ONES THAT SET THE STANDARD IT IS RAN LIKE A GROUP OF HIGH SCHOOLERS. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE AMWAY.

Since I already had experience as Security, it was pretty easy.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management threatens you safety, favoritism, nepotism, bullying and workolace harrassment
Pay rate is awful. You can't afford any thing no rent no car note nothing
