Leadership fairness Team work . You can not go to the leadership with anything because it will not be taken care of.... however the leadership will go to the people that you are having issues with and tell them everything they was said

I have reported this too the ACLU and America First Legal and I am now calling a cery old family friend who is also the Lieutenant Governor of Texas and will probably be the next governor and this companies business practices would be great for getting him elected. I was promised full time position
COMPENSATION WOULD MAKE YOUR STANARDS MEET AT A HIGHER DEGREE AND REVAMPING YOUR MANAGEMENT STAFF FOR YOUR ORLANDO OFFICE. EVERYONE AVOIDS THE CONCERNS OF TEAM MEMBERS UNLESS YOUR IN THEIR CLICK. THAT IS VERY SAD FOR THE FOUNDERS OF A COMPANY AND RISKS THE POSSIBILTY OF LOOSING CONTRACTS.

I love my direct team we work well together and feed off of each other.
Some do their jobs others fall asleep or lie, show up drunk or an hour late and dont get written up or due and still get too keep their positions because their black and this is a S3.

Less aggressive people, better trained people who lock doors and dion't let people in or out who don't belong in the building and don' t leave bags outside doors , then call a employer inside the building too come a get the bag, at the gate they left it.
Management threatens you safety, favoritism, nepotism, bullying and workolace harrassment
Pay rate is awful. You can't afford any thing no rent no car note nothing
