What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employ people at the admin level that actually care and do their job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 4 years as a zero hour contract worker the company still drops people from AWR if they don't take or get shifts for 6 weeks or more; also holiday pay is paid below the minimum wage & although HR admitted breach of contract over this their math made it legal; not very generous or encouraging.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are fine, but some are rude.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treating staff as if they weren't disposable menial labor & bring in some policies that are about welfare.

Poor management, poor pay team (unresponsive, rude)
Treat your workers fairly. Treat the packets fairly. Stop the rudeness and start looking at performance
