What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pretty solid all around package. Paid health insurance, dental, FSA, good PTO. No complaints here.

Stock is considerably diluted and very few shares are given
Company pays commission only once customer has paid, and only if you are employed and shows NO urgency to collect from customers and is not open to process/business improvement.
