Compensation is good but the extra hours and continual evening and weekend work makes one's pay less due to all the extra hours.
The number of hours invested is more than what is actually expected from an employee. The work distribution is not balanced within the team members. It is also noticed that some of the team members are retained without even assigning any work and there are team members who are overloaded with work.
The in-hand salary increases too gradually after several years to manage a good living in a metropolitan city. Insurance as well as other benefits could be much better. There are no bonuses apart from a small Diwali gift every year.

Company should increase compensation, bring car leasing options, have NPS as employer contribution option and compensatory off for extra working. Also, company should remove extra layers of people who don't add much value. Further company should get more value added work to raise revenue per person
Health insurance could be better. They only offer high deductible plan which is not great for family.
