    My first round was a conversation rather than a traditional interview which was a nice change. For my third round they gave me an "audition" just to see my work. I actually really appreciate this since I was transitioning fields - it provided me the opportunity to prove myself.

    They are VERY supportive. This is a true team environment where people are collaborating to produce high quality work.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    There is room for adjustment based on performance. Ansrsource wants to keep people so they are willing to ensure we are happy and fairly compensated.

In 2003, a university professor, an entrepreneur, and an international business executive formed a learning company to improve the higher education experience. What started as a handful of authors writing assessment questions for publishing companies has grown into a global team of more than 200 in-house learning experts partnering as a full-service learning design company with leading universities, corporations, learning technology companies, and publishers.

Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at ansrsource

ansrsource team members always strive to support causes that contribute to a green and clean environment. ansrsource handed over 29 kilograms (64 pounds) of e-waste to Saahas (https://saahas.org/), a non-profit waste management organization, as part of Environmental Synergies in Development’s (ENSYDE’s) bE-Responsible E-Waste Initiative in 2018.

Every year, on the World Environment Day, we organize “Envirography”, an environment related photography contest to create awareness about protecting our environment. This year the theme was 'Nature's Healing'. Like every year, hundreds of ansrites participated in the event and the best photographers were awarded and shared across the organization.

To support our mission, we are proud to partner with organizations that deliver education and training to underserved learners through ansrcares, a philanthropic volunteer program driven by our team members. We encourage all ansrsource team members to participate, sharing their skills and knowledge to improve the effectiveness, accessibility, and affordability of education for those most in need.
