Alignment, taking responsibility for poor culture and morale, allocating resources to meet company goals rather than driving your employees into the ground, not rewarding bad behavior
Take accountability for outcomes; stop focusing on land grabs and political in-fighting; support your best people rather than using them up and then throwing them under the bus when needed to bolster personal agendas.

Communication across departments is terrible
True collaboration is completely blocked by pressuring people to do too much with too few resources, which results in very little capacity or initiative to do more than is absolutely required, and even then in a stressed, hurried manner. The culture has to change before employees can succeed.
Better work-life balance, and better structure
Resources/tools, time, and support to do the job right, and value attributed to that goal. The "lean" posture is really starvation that causes the dog-eat-dog, broke down, negative culture that makes everyone sick and miserable. The prospect of stock payout keeping them there isn't sustainable.
