It's a decent place to work. My coworkers and manager are good and understanding. But sometimes it feels like I can't stay here as long as I like since wages increase so slowly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are constantly told that we make the company a lot of money, and that we are one of the departments that has consistently done so, but never receive extra raises or bonuses. Raises are few and far between, and barely keep up with inflation. There should be more/better raises.
