I have a friendly and warm office that greets me each week, trust and flexibility to manage my own deliverables, thus I feel safe to take time off when my family needs me. I wish for the processes and sales strategies to be more enabling for the industry to unlock value for the entire ecosystem.

They are rather chill people, quite approachable, but could do better with their expansion into Asia and Middle East markets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are open to sharing knowledge and information. We are friends and share some parts of our life outside work over chats. Always available to give a helping hand when needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More space for creativity. I feel trapped to provide quality creative work due to the lowball prices we have offered to our customers. Work gets mundane and tedious when we see the same low budget options everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Coordinators are performing managerial roles while not getting advancement opportunities. Basic welfare removed from the existing staff. E.g. reimbursement for health screening, funds for office welfare and lunch, which led me to feel that the company does not value us as part of organisation.
