is a company that is constantly changing and not all objectives are always met. This means that the employee does not feel secure and is not well communicated about the changes. The lack of regularization of salaries and dismissal of workers from one day to the next, doesn't help to trust Anuvu.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is no more an environment. Homeworking doesn't allow that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they have great initiatives and help for employees BUT this applies only to US.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary has been a bit re adapted in 2022 after insisting the past 5 years. I've managed and accomplished everything requested by my management team, but I haven't been compensated properly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensation related to the years we've been working in the company. Salaries are not equal comparing to collogues in the same region. In the same region or country, Company benefits for employees are different. (Ex Spain: some have food compensation and other employees don't).
