High workload and pase, many tasks at once. Easy to work within the department of Sales, both on tasks and how to improve. Hard to work with other departments (not all but most) both on tasks and improvments. Each department seems to have their own goals and agendas. Lack of CEO-level direction.

The desire to look at what we can achieve and the willingness to grow

The desire to grow the company and the open an honest feedback that is being given now. Much better than in the past

We all work remote and I feel look forward to meeting and talking. Both business and personal stuff. Like the positive attidute that the team brings
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to focus my time on sales and not spend time on doing adimistrative tasks or chasing other depertments for deliveries. When other departments are proactive rather than reactive in their support of me and the customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary level is not good and the commission structure is not awarding new business, but rather stay in your lane and work to service exisitng customers. It is also build in such a way that success or failur is not really shown.
