Reaching anyone including the manager or the HR is easier. Overall a positive vibe.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The guys have positive attitude and interacting with anyone is much easier. I think the credit goes to Scott as he promoted this culture in the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the competitor in the domain are providing salaries which are about 20 to 25% above. The perks are also better some even pay the kid school fee. My feedback is based on the average on what is happening in the domain.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am impressed with my manager Scott Lero. He will go above and beyond to take care of the team and individuals. He get the work done. 2nd person is Erik Carlson. I think he is pushing the sales team in the right direction which gives the employee a confidence.
