How's the work life balance at Apcera?

My experience is that work/life balance at Apcera is quite good, above average for Silicon Valley. The company provides yoga and meditation classes, on site massages, and has no limit (no accrual) vacation plan among other benefits.
Varies wildly depending on team. Some teams have hilariously light schedules and low productivity while field teams are being flogged until morale improves
Does Apcera have any remote positions?
Yes, there are a handful of development engineers that work remotely. Also, most all of the sales team (account managers and sales engineers) work remotely.

The CEO is a technical genius, but not a leader or senior executive. He would be best suited to leading a prototype focused Skunkworks style team in a large company or an PARC style innovation team

Company culture is one of the best things about working at Apcera. There is a strong focus on work-life balance, rewards and recognition, and excellent benefits. There are also regular catered meals and a wide range of snacks and drinks.
