How do I do well in an interview at Apex Clean Energy?

Be ENTHUSIASTIC about clean energy and expect to work with many people who love wind and solar. If you’re coming from oil and gas you need to be ready to embrace 21st century clean energy and learn to love the environment with sincerity, or give an Oscar-worthy performance to that effect every day (ps it won’t kill you to love the environment and you might b a better person for it.) Know your subject matter well, whether it is GIS, engineering, finance, wind resource, land, or legal etc. Be confident (or fake it till you make it.). Be warm and friendly. Dress conservatively and look your best, but don’t go overboard on jewelry/ makeup/ perfume/aftershave. Be on time! And be genuine.
