How do I do well in an interview at Apollo?

I was transferred in from another company that was bought by Apollo.
What should I wear for an interview at Apollo?
Interviews for Store Service Rep positions are usually conducted by phone.
How flexible is your work schedule at Apollo?
My work schedule is completely up to the rep. The only limitations on scheduling are in regards to store hours as visits primarily need to be conducted during store business hours, and also be in compliance with policies set by store management or corporate vendor policies.
What's the work from home policy like at Apollo?
The work from home policy is somewhat mandatory for Service Reps since their central office is in Florida, but they have reps in other states.
What are your coworkers at Apollo like?
Don't have any. I work alone. I do often get sent into their accounts to clean up their messes/fix their mistakes so there's an idea
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Apollo?
Drop all members of management, payroll, and HR, and start complying with labor laws
What part of Apollo's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Not much is growing. Seems to be losing more than gaining

Very undesirable health benefits plans
How does Apollo make decisions around promotions?
They don't offer promotions
How's the vacation policy at Apollo?
Only for salary employees
What's the best part of your job at Apollo?
Interacting with and receiving compliments and appreciation from the stores I service. If it wasn't for them, I would have quit a long time ago
How challenged are you at Apollo?
The work is extremely easy and somewhat repetitive. So not much
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Apollo?
Not very difficult because most jobs have no specific scheduled date or time, just a deadline (end date)
How do you feel about going to work at Apollo everyday?
I wonder how many hours they're going to cheat me out of on my upcoming paycheck
How's the feedback proccess at Apollo?
What feedback process? (There isn't one)
How secure do you feel at your job at Apollo?
It's tough to say. I don't think I would be terminated considering that I am an honest and hard working employee. But with jobs being so scarce, sometimes I question their ability to retain clients
How's the morale at Apollo?
Low. Very, very low
What unique perks and benefits does Apollo provide?
None for Field Reps. Not sure about salary or office employees
What's the office layout like at Apollo?
I work in the field so never seen the office in person
How much diversity is there among employees at Apollo?
From what I have seen personally, not much
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Apollo?
That they will alter your actual hours in the system to avoid paying you over time. Or that there is almost never any work available.
