What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has evolved over time and has strong executives and is really diverse in terms of gender, ethnicity, and country of origin
The leadership team is sometimes hard to reach, but usually very helpful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Existing. There is no leadership to report to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare Package (Medical, Dental, Vision). Its comprehensive, not expensive like Lionbridge, and has low cost to actually use
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no benefits other than working at home
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work from home with no team interaction

Its collaborative, gracious, and fun

What did you like most about the interview process?
Had multiple interviews with multiple people and got a very transparent view of what working at Appen would be like so I knew what I was signing up for. No buyers remorse as a result.
