How's the vacation policy at Appetize?
NOT unlimited. Arbitrary limits but usually around 2 weeks regardless of seniority or position. Only reason it's "unlimited" is to avoid paying you when you leave.
It's officially unlimited but certain managers push back when they believe you've "taken too much time" despite other managers/employees taking off 8 weeks a year.
Unlimited vacation, but you may find yourself too busy to utilize it

We all have the flexibility to come up with innovative ideas that can actually be implemented. Each person at Appetize has the ability to have a huge impact on the product and the company every day.

The office dress code is very casual but for an interview I'd suggest business casual. I wouldn't do anything as formal as a suit, however.
Anything! The office vibe is really laid back, and people dress how they want to and how they feel comfortable. Its amazing!

Just as long as you get your work done, the schedule is really flexble

The culture is great. Tons of perks like free food, happy hours, massages at the office, fun zone with ping pong table and bean bags, speakeasy in the office. Everyone gets along really well
