What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone genuinely cares about getting the job done and working together to do so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I love our monthly all-hands meetings and people are praised and called out for doing a good job.
What did you like most about the interview process? My interview wasn't too long and wasn't with too many people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is roughly 30% less than the national average and roughly 60% less than the Los Angeles average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A structured promotion and compensation plan annually - this has been lacking only due to the company being young; they seem to be currently developing these plans and understand the importance of this to the employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? Our team can work better together by implementing meeting notes and agendas. A common problem I see are inefficient meetings! We have such a great culture that we are all friends, so sometimes meetings can get off topic and become redundant.
