- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A structured promotion and compensation plan annually - this has been lacking only due to the company being young; they seem to be currently developing these plans and understand the importance of this to the employees.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Our team can work better together by implementing meeting notes and agendas. A common problem I see are inefficient meetings! We have such a great culture that we are all friends, so sometimes meetings can get off topic and become redundant.
