Fully covered medical policy. Awesome stock option policy (best I've seen compared to past companies). Very fair compensation package.
Ability to adjust as needed based on company positioning and overall success of product direction.
I have received regular raises which I didn't have to fight the company for. At all of my past jobs you had to fight for every penny. The raises have also been very generous. Healthcare is completely paid by the company as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is roughly 30% less than the national average and roughly 60% less than the Los Angeles average.
A structured promotion and compensation plan annually - this has been lacking only due to the company being young; they seem to be currently developing these plans and understand the importance of this to the employees.
I should be making a comparable amount as my peers in the company.
