What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on growing the business. Most are great but there are certain inexperienced executives who are unprofessional and cannot manage people without temper tantrums.
They are accessible and are care a lot about the employees and culture of the company.
I appreciate the all-hands meetings organized by the CEO where we get to learn more about the goals of Appetize and the recent successes. It keeps us motivated and engaged in the success of the company!
They are always open to adapt to what the employee's need to better succeed
The leadership team works really hard and is very driven and they have a clear, evident passion for the company and product. The only piece of advice I would give is to make sure all of the teams are updated on different sectors of the company (ie: sales, product, engineering, etc).

Easy going, down to earth, hard working and dedicated
Have an open door policy that encourages feedback and discussion. They are very receptive to having honest conversations and welcome differing view points

The ability to contribute and be a part of key decisions and company strategy.
The leadership team and Max in particular are very approachable and care about employee feedback. There has never been a time where I have brought something to their attention and not seen direct action to solve the problem.
