Everyone at Appetize really wants the company to be successful and works toward the common goal. We may have different ideas on how to get there but everyone wants the same thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Appetize spends a lot of time and money ensuring that it is a great place to come to work every day. The best part of working at Appetize is the people that you work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team and Max in particular are very approachable and care about employee feedback. There has never been a time where I have brought something to their attention and not seen direct action to solve the problem.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have received regular raises which I didn't have to fight the company for. At all of my past jobs you had to fight for every penny. The raises have also been very generous. Healthcare is completely paid by the company as well.
