
Our team can work better together by implementing meeting notes and agendas. A common problem I see are inefficient meetings! We have such a great culture that we are all friends, so sometimes meetings can get off topic and become redundant.
The leadership team works really hard and is very driven and they have a clear, evident passion for the company and product. The only piece of advice I would give is to make sure all of the teams are updated on different sectors of the company (ie: sales, product, engineering, etc).
