I do not think support is paid fairly with the market

Better salary and good facilities

Company is already aware and invested in researching market pay inequalifies

at least 25-50% more compensation, better health insurance, and more time off (both vacation & sick time)

It is nearly impossible to get fired from this company. That means the hard workers work even more time. Just shut up and color and do what you are told.

Initial equity grants are fine. Additional grants are sparse, and only for a very small number of employees.
