Open door policy - you can reach out to anyone at the company - i feel appreciated and valued

Hiring is keeping up with growth, with either quality or quantity

Discrimination runs rampant at the company. High performers are rewarded with more work and No money. What do i mean by that? If your lazy and don't work Applied wont fire you. The high performer is expected to pick up the slack for the underperforming person. Merit increase? 1% if You are lucky.

Since I joined two and a half years ago, diversity has played an important part of our workplace culture creating a welcoming environment. Our teams are friendly, warm and knowledgeable and makes it a great place to go to each and every day

at least 25-50% more compensation, better health insurance, and more time off (both vacation & sick time)

It is nearly impossible to get fired from this company. That means the hard workers work even more time. Just shut up and color and do what you are told.

The amount of support each individual gets from each other and direct leadership is amazing and really shows we want to see everyone succeed and thrive.

the camaraderie of the team is second to none. We go out of our way to create bonding activities per quarter for the team to come together for nothing but fun -- no business.

We're remote but sometimes have paid social events.
