I do not think support is paid fairly with the market
Better salary and good facilities
Company is already aware and invested in researching market pay inequalifies
at least 25-50% more compensation, better health insurance, and more time off (both vacation & sick time)
It is nearly impossible to get fired from this company. That means the hard workers work even more time. Just shut up and color and do what you are told.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings for meetings sake. Let's have a meeting to talk about the meeting, the meeting, and then one to talk about what happened.
