The amount of support each individual gets from each other and direct leadership is amazing and really shows we want to see everyone succeed and thrive.
the camaraderie of the team is second to none. We go out of our way to create bonding activities per quarter for the team to come together for nothing but fun -- no business.
We're remote but sometimes have paid social events.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke to my direct manager as well as the executive level leader in the space to get a good idea of what I was walking into.
Technical questions and comfortable and professional
The right people were involved in the interview and were confident in their roles and did not seem to be intimidated with my knowledge or background. I seemed to fit right in.
Meeting the team was great who were attentive and prepared to conduct the interview

Seeing my team grow and be successful and make their mark in the company.
