They're thoughtful and incredibly intelligent. I'm proud to be included in the same company as them.

Getting equity in addition to pay and bonuses. Having an ownership stake makes me feel more invested in the company's success.

Feeling like the work I do is laying the groundwork for the future of our company. That my work matters in our company's development.
