This has been one of my favorite places to work. What we are doing is so important and motivating...but that's just the tip of the iceberg. The team and the culture are so positive and understanding. They really strive to make this an exceptional place to work. I truly feel part of a family here.

My team takes the time to understand me personally as well as professionally. They are genuinely concerned about myself and my family. They take time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly and have equity, both of which are important. The other compensation perks I like are the 4-day weekends offered frequently throughout the year.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that we are doing something special and unique within healthcare. We are providing a much safer and effective option for patient who are suffering and/or are concerned about traditional medication challenges (addiction, side effects, etc.)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A core value at AVR is empathy and the organization creates time and space to encourage us to build empathy one for another. This creates a healthy work environment and also bleeds into how we think about our customers and other constituents.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes the time to connect with every person in the organization. They do this through a variety of way including a "meet and greet" when an employee is first hired, weekly company meetings where people and organizations are introduced and recognized.
