We work hard, but care about each other as well. We have each others' backs, and help without complaint. Outstanding team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership clearly places great importance on the value of each person. We're all encouraged to take initiative, be creative, assume ownership of the company. More importantly, we're encouraged to take care of ourselves.
