Overall they embrace our values, are willing to invest in company culture and team members staying connected, and are all around good people.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and broader coworkers, the fact that we are a mission based company, knowing that I have people to lean on and others feel they are able to lean on me when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am being paid significantly less than other companies have offered me. The expansion of my scope of work also has not been reflected in my compensation.I would feel better if my compensation addressed the two points I made above.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As with the executives, I think we work with really great people on both a personal and professional level. The team as a whole works really hard together and also knows how to have fun together. We are a diverse group of people who support each other.
