How well we connect with each other and the amount of trust we have together. Everyone is friendly, willing and open to providing constructive feedback
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the breadth of work i do and continue to support teams cross departmentally, I feel my compensation is lower than what it should be. I feel valued as a team member and contributor but compensation was stunted when we switched from Commission to MBO with little to no adjustments.
