I think we have some great leaders that are very invested in both the employees and the company growing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to contribute meaningful work to such an important cause, working with my colleagues, and opportunities to learn/grow my skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there was an effort to be fair but the fact of the matter is that I have more relevant education and experience for my role than others which allows me to contribute more yet I am compensated the same.
