They are all extremely motivated and invested in our company mission! It motivates the rest of the company to do their best to work towards the mission as well.

I love that we all have unlimited PTO. It allows me and everyone else in the company to put in our best work while still being able to take time for ourselves when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our culture is the weekly gratitudes that we do as a company. Every week we take some time to call out our appreciation for other members in the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone in my team is committed to working towards the mission and contributes to it in their own unique way. I believe that we wouldn't be where we are today without each and every individual in the company.
