I love knowing that we are working towards something that will truly impact people and make a difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's comprehensive. We have unlimited PTO and they make sure we use it and lead by example. And we have health care that is actually GOOD.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how unique all my coworkers are. Everyone has such different backgrounds of what they've done before this and it shows so much when we get together or in our weekly company meetings when spotlighted employees share interests/inspiration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are real people. They show vulnerability and humanity both for what we do and our mission, but also for us as their employees - our career paths, our families and interests, our history and individual stories. They care about listening and improving, and they're approachable to it all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a really empathetic company. Because of what we do, we're driven a lot by science and data, but we also really prioritize the empathy piece of why we do what we do. It lends itself to an environment where everyone is pretty open and empathetic; I've never felt this close to coworkers before.
