My coworkers are empathetic and also just super smart and creative. I learn from them a lot and I feel like they are just as open and enthusiastic about learning from me.

There are a lot of unknowns but creative people working together to tackle the unknowns. It's an environment that has the potential to teach you something new everyday if you like puzzles.
