Neet to stop politics. Work distribution not good
Everything more training would be helpful so that they know what to order and when to order it.
No work life balance; no help from leadership; you are literally left alone in the field to deal with the customer.
Need to get better at promoting the company culture. There seem to be a lot of filtering going on between the mid management (i.e. Directors and VPs) and top level management.

Bonus is promised to be 8-16% but on an average much lesser percentage is awarded.
We had a lot of benefits in the past, now this Benefits gone. For this reason now We have more Personal rotation (Salary), the Best people that We have is moving to another companies with Better benefits and Salary. H-R only try to keep at the plant when you quit for a better opportunity.. Too Late

We have far too few employees, and any additional resources are coming from best cost locations.
More transparency, more investment in employee retention, strategy development and breakdown from C to IC level, more investment in IT, don't treat IT as a 'cost center', and cut the staff every year (brain drain).
