What is the onboarding process like at Aptris and how long does it last?
Onboarding is amazing. They bring you onsite your first week, and the CEO and the head of Delivery personally spend 2 days with you, even taking you out for dinner in the evenings, and then when you get back, you're assigned a Pathfinder to work with you and answer any questions you have. Really outstanding.

None. We have a Flexible Time Off Policy that both moms and dads can utilize when their new baby arrives. In addition, we have a monetary "Baby Bonus" we pay the employee (either the mom or the dad) as our way of welcoming their new bundle of joy!
