- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits are expensive and coverage is low compared to other companies.
- What would you most like to see improved at your company?That's hard to say, because there's so much being done right. Where things aren't at their best, work is already being done to improve and progress is being made. I guess I have nothing new to add that's not already being done.
- What would you most like to see improved at your company?Stop moving the goalposts when it comes to bonuses. Whether bonuses are easy to attain or difficult, the bonus program needs to be set in stone.
