That's hard to say, because there's so much being done right. Where things aren't at their best, work is already being done to improve and progress is being made. I guess I have nothing new to add that's not already being done.
Stop moving the goalposts when it comes to bonuses. Whether bonuses are easy to attain or difficult, the bonus program needs to be set in stone.
