It feels like one big family. Everyone is happy to see one another day in and day out
The team meetings are always positive and engaging, so everyone feels like they are involved.
We hire for culture first. This ensures we are all like-minded, have similar priorities, and do our best to be team players.
Everybody is genuinely interested in how everybody else is doing. Somebody is always on Teams, sharing vacation photos, memes, or important life events. Managers have weekly 1:1's with their staff as well, which is a great way to keep connected.
I've never been excited about being charitable before working here. This company has given me an added purpose of helping my community and is always understanding of the fact that we are people before we are workers.

Everyone gets along, yet we also aren't afraid to challenge and push each other.
