Leadership team is approachable and down to earth. You can come to them with issues, suggestions, recommendations, etc. relatively easily and have your voice heard. Also, our CEO and VPs are frequently involved in happenings around the office, giving kudos and catching up with the rest of the team.

Never before in my 15+ years of work have I seen a group of folks so absolutely passionate about not only doing good work, but doing the right thing. This extends beyond just business as usual and into the company approach to helping out other humans in general. Truly inspiring!
