Once sellers hit quota, multipliers are aggressive, for both individual contributors and management.

More equity for employees would be good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

- Pension - Health care costs

Apttus pays relatively well when you join, but performance reviews & salary increases are minimal. There is always some reason why it needs to be delayed. All of the things which we used to have in terms of "perks" have all been stripped away in the past year.
