A fun place to work and at a growing company that can give career opportunities if everyone works hard and helps the company get where it can. The sports industry, in general, is fun and exciting.

They care tremendously about clients and employees!

Super friendly, no egos. Genuinely like each other.

I really like HSA's. Was better when the company was contributing but we'll hopefully have that again someday.

They rarely make decisions without getting feedback from nearly all stakeholders. Very transparent when sharing information to the company.

Everyone is welcomed to be themselves, joke around, but only as long as clients are happy and getting what they need.
What makes you most happy at work?
Dealing with friends all day whether they be clients or coworkers. Also enjoy doing things for clients through our software that saves them tons of time and effort.
