Follow through with what you say. You can't say one thing and then change your mind for your favorite people.

Interacting with co-workers both personal and professional level - Knowing that I have helped a school or district when they sign up for our software

The want to see everyone here at Arbiter succeed. Sometimes if people are in the wrong position they find then one that fits just to keep good employees here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them are nice to work with. Other than that we have people that are only out for #1 and friends or family of current employees that aren't qualified or the best fit for what they do.
