After being close to 3 years at Arbiter Sports and passing throughout a lot of changes from upper management to bottom, and feeling still very happy and motivated explain things by their selves.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being around positive and great people, and being at Arbiter Sports feel good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Keeping employees in an positive atmosphere these days is a privilege and upper and mid managers are doing exactly that keeping employees happy and empowering our skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart and dynamic team. Very challenge sometimes when ideas are putting on the table and we all argue but at the end we pick the resolution and move on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
comparing back to three years ago, now people here have a great sense of respect, high values and professionalism. Shout-outs in our company meeting makes a big difference especially because are very sincere and show true appreciation of employee's effort to do the right thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary is not the highest nor the lowest. I am particular not a money driving person. I love schedule flexibility especially when dealing with chronic medical conditions. Also, Arbiter Sports always trying finding best lower Health Insure cost which is very hard to find these days.
