Since I started I have been welcomes and loved. My managers have worked with my so that I have a great work/life balance. I am motivated each day to achieve the goals I have set up. My managers see my strengths and support me in promotions where my abilities can be best applied. Overall Fantastic!

Since the moment I started I have loved it here, everyone is so nice and we all get along great. The Executive team makes it way fun, even when working at home and everyone always has a positive attitude.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working at home and the work/life balance!

We all work really well together and everyone provides a very fun environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and everyone is so nice and inclusive. We feel like family!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they listen to our issues and work to improve so that I am comfortable working.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that the salary that I've been given is fair to the job I do. We do qualify for annual bonus' as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have values and a mission statement that everyone at the company exemplifies each day. We support and congratulate those that do well and recognize them weekly and sometimes daily. Everyone is always positive!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love coming to work every day because of the people I work with. We are more like family. They care, listen, and help when I need assistance. Uplift me and support me in everything I do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with my co-workers and the environment. I also love working with my clients via email or phone. I love what I do and I love sports related things, so work doesn't feel like work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team treats you as a person, not just a number. When things are going on outside of work they listen and care. I love that they have a goal and purpose for me and mold my position to what fits me best.
