ArbiterSports is a challenging, fast-paced place to work. It's family and work-life balance friendly. The executive team is knowledgeable about business trends, and they also care about individual employees.

The experience is mostly good, but the recent stress of taking on more and more responsibilities has been hard. I think there's light at the end of the tunnel, but some days are overwhelming. We do have really good people at ArbiterSports, so that helps with the stress.

Executive team is always open about company information and the direction the company is going, and employees accomplishments are always pointed out.

In addition to leading the company in a positive, successful way, the leadership team genuinely cares about each individual employee and his/he well-being.

Everyone works together, and nobody is above helping with any task. The CEO knows everyone at the company personally and cares about their well-being.

It's understood employees have a personal life, and work schedules are flexible. Employees are trusted to get their jobs done but there's flexibility to also take care of family commitments when needed.
