Since I started I've had a great experience for the most part, and am extremely grateful to have made it through the Covid cuts. I have made good friends and learned a lot.
I have always enjoyed the people at Arbiter and have always appreciated the energy at any given time.
The ability to communicate everything effectively.
They are dedicated and easy to work with.
When everything goes according to plan.
Being recognized for the effort I put in.
The consistent positivity they exude.
The transparency regarding every decision being made and goals being set.
The closeness between coworkers not only in the same departments, but across departments.
We are always in open communication and are helpful to one another when needed.
Getting a nice and easy to talk to customer on the phone that is interested about our product.
Everyone is willing to drop what they're doing to help another department, and there is always a positive attitude throughout the company.
My team is in constant contact when needed, but not to the point where we are annoyed with each other. We are all willing to step in and assist someone else when needed, and have a clear understanding of each other's roles.
I feel like myself, as well as the rest of my department, are always asked to go above and beyond what is in our job description, and we do it time after time without receiving any compensation for it. I figured all that effort would reflect on our merit increases, but was sorely disappointed there.
