I enjoy being challenged and having a variety of things to work on that shakes up from a boring routine

They are making some positive changes for the company and the employees. They are allowing change when change wasn't always allowed previously.

I enjoy having plenty to work on and the challenging aspects of working through some sometimes difficult tasks. I enjoy working with co-workers and helping each other learn and progress.

They keep us informed of how the business is doing and are transparent about the things going on. They are invested in the employees and provide employees with good benefits and perks.
